Recurring tasks and company VAT reminders
Annual reviews, quarterly VAT returns, contract renewals: give each one an owner and a due date, once or every month, quarter or year. Tavalle reminds the owner before it is due and keeps the history of what was done.

One platform for your whole business, from the first customer contact to final payment. Some of that work comes back on a schedule: the annual meeting with a customer, the contract review, the VAT return every quarter. Until now it lived in someone’s head or in a spreadsheet. Now it lives in Tavalle, next to the customer.
One-off or recurring tasks
Open a customer and add a task: pick a type (contract review, annual meeting, follow-up call, VAT return, annual accounts, payroll and more) or write your own. Give it an owner and a due date, once or every month, quarter or year.
When the owner marks a task done, the next one is created for the next period, so a series never stops by itself. Skipping a task needs a reason, and every task keeps its history: who did it, when, and the notes.
Many customers at once
In the customer list, tick the customers and choose “Add recurring task”. One step gives 80 clients their quarterly VAT return, each with its owner. It was built for accounting firms and works for any business.
Tasks of your own company
Not every deadline belongs to a customer. Internal tasks are for “Our company”, such as your own quarterly VAT return. A new Tavalle starts with that reminder for the administrator, who can give it to management, sales or accounting.
Never forgotten
The Tasks menu shows what is late, due this week and due this month, with filters by type, owner and zone. Open tasks also appear in your calendar, in My day and in the Ctrl+K search. The owner gets an e-mail before the due date, finds the task in the morning agenda e-mail and in the bell, and is reminded again while it is late.
Each person sees the tasks they are allowed to see: sales their own customers, managers their zone, field teams only the tasks given to them, which they can close themselves. Administrators keep the list of task types in Config.
Due dates are reminders you set: always check the official deadlines for your country.
