Tavalle is based in Luxembourg and works with businesses worldwide. Its business app includes CRM and ERP features, with European workflows such as EU VAT. Tavalle’s team, led by founder Jorge Taus Valle, also designs and builds custom software.

Customer management, a calls and visits calendar, quotes and a sales pipeline, orders, invoicing with credit notes and multiple currencies, payment follow-up and reminders, suppliers and their invoices, VAT, salaries, sales commissions, finance dashboards, automatic e-mail alerts, a full activity history, documents on customers, orders and visits, and export to Excel — all in one app and database.

Tavalle costs €199 per month, €549 per quarter or €1,990 per year (2 months free) for up to 5 users and 3 Team Members or Receptionists; each additional user is €29 per month and each additional Team Member or Receptionist €6 per month. Onboarding is a one-time fee from €490. Implementation work, such as data migration or integrations, is quoted separately.

A Team Member is a calendar-only user for field staff such as cleaners, technicians and drivers. They see only the visits assigned to them, with the time, address and notes, and record the outcome. They do not see prices, orders, invoices or other customers. The plan includes 3 Team Members or Receptionists; each additional one is €6 per month.

Yes. Administrators and managers can compare the current year with previous years, including monthly and year-to-date differences. Administrators can also review results zone by zone. Manager finance dashboards include charts for commissions by user and service renewals.

The application, the e-mails and the invoice PDFs are available in English, French and Spanish, and we support you in those three languages.

No. Tavalle runs in the web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. We host it, update it and back it up every night.

Each company gets its own database. Access is controlled by role and zone, every change is recorded in the history, every sign-in is logged and idle users are signed out after 30 minutes, connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and backups are made every night.

Yes. Lists can be imported and exported with Excel or CSV, and connections to your ERP, accounting, CRM or e-commerce software can be built through the REST API as implementation work.

Yes. We can configure it around your processes, add your own modules and screens, or build a completely new application with Tavalle Tailor-made.

Yes. Any type of product can be added: physical goods such as shoes or fruit, and services such as a software deployment, training or fiduciary work. They are all ordered, delivered, invoiced and followed up the same way.

Yes. A credit note cancels an invoice in full or in part (by lines or by amount) and has its own numbering. Invoices can be issued in any currency, and daily ECB exchange rates are loaded automatically.

Yes. In Finance → Accounting export, choose the company and a month, quarter, half-year or year: Tavalle builds one ZIP with the PDF of every customer invoice and credit note, the supplier invoices, the freelance sales reps’ commission statements and invoices, and an Excel summary with the totals. Invoices without a document are flagged, so nothing goes missing.
