Paid invoices only
A commission counts in the month the invoice is paid, so your team is rewarded on real cash, not on promises.
No more spreadsheets at the end of the month. Tavalle calculates each sales rep’s commission from the invoices that are actually paid — and shows what they will earn once their customers pay.
A commission counts in the month the invoice is paid, so your team is rewarded on real cash, not on promises.
Each sales rep has two rates: one for a customer’s first order and one for the following orders.
Every commission has a status: Pending customer while the invoice is unpaid, OK to be paid once the customer pays, then Paid — the best reason to follow up payments.
Commission per month for new and existing customers, and a sales rep × month heatmap for managers.
Sales reps see only their own commissions, managers their zone, administrators everything.
Commissions count as a cost in the Finance dashboard, so your monthly result is the real one.
Commissions are calculated on the amount before VAT. A freelance rep invoices theirs with VAT, counted as VAT paid in Finance; an employee simply gets the commission. The e-mail tells each one what to invoice.
Upload the invoice a freelance rep sends for their commissions, next to the payment. All of them are in one list with their status, Pending or Paid, statements and invoices go into the accounting export, and a missing invoice is flagged.
Managers tick the commissions that are OK to be paid and pay them in one click. Amount, base and rate are frozen at that moment.
When a commission is paid, the sales rep receives a statement PDF by e-mail, and every payment is listed by month in “Commissions paid”.
If an order was credited to the wrong sales rep, it can be corrected even after invoicing — the commission moves with it, and the change is logged.
Pick a month to see the paid invoices behind every figure. Managers compare their reps at a glance on the heatmap, and everything exports to Excel for payroll.
