What is a team member?

A calendar-only user for field staff such as cleaners, technicians and drivers. They see only the visits assigned to them and record the outcome.

Who plans the visits?

Managers, administrators and reception assign the visits; the team member sees them in their calendar with the time, address and notes.

Can a team member see prices or invoices?

No. Team members never see prices, orders, invoices or other customers.

How many team members are included?

The plan includes 3 Team Members or Receptionists; each additional one is €6 per month.
