Know which customers need you, before it is too late

Every week Tavalle gives each customer two health scores from what really happened: a customer health for the relationship (calls and visits) that the whole team sees, and a finance health for payments and revenue, for managers, sales reps and accounting. Every day it flags unusual changes in payments.

Two scores, and the signs behind them

Each score starts at 100 and loses points for each sign. 70 or more is Healthy, 40 to 69 At risk, below 40 Critical.

Finance health: overdue invoices

Unpaid invoices past their due date cost more points the longer they wait.

Finance health: late payer

A customer who pays days after the due date, on average over the last 12 months.

Customer health: no recent contact

No call or visit for two months or more: the relationship is cooling down.

Customer health: fewer contacts

Fewer than half the calls and visits of the three months before.

Finance health: revenue down

Invoiced before VAT over the last 12 months, against the 12 months before.

New customers

A customer without an invoice yet is shown as New, not judged: nobody looks at risk on day one.

One page to see where to focus

The Customer health page counts your customers per label, for each score, and lists the ones at risk or critical, worst first, with the reasons in plain words, the sales rep and the zone.

Both labels are also shown in the customer list, where you can filter on them, and next to the customer’s name on their page.

  • Computed every week, by itself
  • The reasons are written out: “Overdue invoices: 3.400 € for 45 days”
  • Sales reps see their own customers, managers their zone, administrators everything
  • Reception and team members see the customer health only, never the finance health

Finance alerts: the changes that matter

Every day Tavalle checks the payments and flags what changed: an invoice that just went unpaid past its due date, an overdue balance that grew by half or more in 30 days, or an invoice a month late with no call or visit for a month.

Each alert says what happened, with the amounts and dates, and suggests the next step. It appears on the Customer health page, in Finance and on the customer’s page.

  • Dismiss an alert and it stays hidden until the situation changes
  • It closes by itself when the invoice is paid or the customer is contacted
  • Thresholds set for your company: amounts, percentages and days

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How are the health scores calculated?

With plain rules on your own data, no black box. The customer health loses points when calls and visits stop or slow down; the finance health for overdue invoices, late payments and revenue going down. The customer page lists exactly what took points off.

How often is it updated?

The health score every week and the finance alerts every day, by themselves. An administrator can also update both at any time.

Who sees the health of a customer?

Everyone who sees the customer sees its customer health. The finance health, its reasons and the finance alerts are only for administrators, managers, sales reps and accounting, each on the customers they work with.

What happens when I dismiss a finance alert?

It is hidden, with who dismissed it and when. If the situation changes, for example another invoice goes unpaid, a new alert is raised.

Is my data sent to an AI service?

No. The score and the alerts are computed inside your Tavalle app, from your own data, with fixed rules.

Can the thresholds be changed?

Yes. The points, the limits between Healthy, At risk and Critical, and the alert amounts and days are set for your company.
