Calls and visits with a purpose
Each one has a date, a time, a person, notes and, for visits, the address. Statuses show what happened: Scheduled, Completed or Cancelled, and No answer for calls.
Plan customer calls and visits, book them for the right person, and see each day at a glance. Nothing is forgotten: late calls stand out, and every call and visit lands in the customer’s history.

Each one has a date, a time, a person, notes and, for visits, the address. Statuses show what happened: Scheduled, Completed or Cancelled, and No answer for calls.
Each person starts the day with their calls and visits, phone numbers to tap, late follow-ups, quotes to follow up and overdue invoices to chase.
A call or visit still scheduled after its date is listed as late, so nothing slips.
Reception books calls and visits for the sales reps and technicians of its zone, and sees their calendars side by side, each in its own colour.
Technicians see their own visits, complete them on site and add photos or documents to the visit.
Each person has their working hours: days off are greyed out in the calendar, and booking outside them shows a warning.
When a customer’s service is due for renewal, a call is planned on its own, ready for the sales rep.
Every call and visit, with its notes and status changes, is kept on the customer’s page.
Calls, visits, the due dates of unpaid invoices, and internal calls and meetings, in one month view with a list of the selected day.
Show or hide calls, visits, invoices or meetings with one click, with their counts.
Managers and administrators plan internal calls and meetings; participants receive a calendar invitation by e-mail, updated if it changes.
Each morning, people receive their day: calls, visits and the follow-ups that are late.
Calls and visits also have their own lists, with filters by status, person and date, and Excel export.
Give a customer a follow-up with an owner and a due date — once, or every month, quarter or year — such as an annual review or a document to collect.
Internal reminders that belong to no customer, such as the quarterly VAT return, with the same owner and due date.
Due tasks appear in My day and in the calendar, the owner gets an e-mail before the due date and again while it is late, and skipping a task needs a reason.
Log the hours spent for a customer, typed in or with the top-bar timer. Billable hours become an order, ready to invoice.
On a phone, My day comes first, with Call, Directions, Done and Time buttons on every call and visit.
A visit often ends with a quote. From the customer’s page the sales rep writes it, sends it and follows it up, and the customer moves forward in the pipeline on their own.
The calendar, the customers and the quotes are the same system, so nobody types the same thing twice.
