Can businesses outside Luxembourg use Tavalle?
Yes. Tavalle is made in Luxembourg and sold to businesses across the EU and beyond. The VAT rules follow your company’s country and each customer’s country.
Which languages are available?
The app, the documents sent to customers and the support are in English, French and Spanish. Each customer receives quotes, invoices and e-mails in their own language.
Does Tavalle handle the One-Stop Shop (OSS)?
Yes. For private customers in other EU countries, Tavalle can apply the customer country’s VAT under the One-Stop Shop when you use it, and you can always type another rate.
Does Tavalle replace my accounting software?
No. Tavalle handles quotes, orders, invoicing, payments and a real-time view of your finances, while your accountant keeps the official accounts with the accounting export.
Is my data hosted in the EU?
Yes. Tavalle is hosted in the EU, on servers in Finland, and is GDPR-ready.
