Peppol e-invoices, bank statement import and time tracking
The last steps to final payment are now in Tavalle too: invoices sent through Peppol, bank statements that mark invoices as paid, hours that become orders, and quotes you can change on your phone.

One platform for your whole business, from the first customer contact to final payment. This week we added the steps at the very end of that line: sending the invoice the way the law now asks, seeing it paid, and billing the time your team spends on the job.
Invoices through Peppol
Every finalized invoice and credit note can be downloaded as a structured e-invoice (UBL, the Peppol format), ready for your customer’s or your accountant’s software.
You can also send it through Peppol straight from the invoice. Tavalle checks it first and shows what will be sent; then the invoice shows its state: sent, or failed with the reason. The customer’s Peppol address comes from their VAT number, and you can type another one when needed. Your company connects its own Peppol access account once; we set it up with you on a call.
Invoices also follow your country’s rules: legal form, share capital and the VAT exemption mention for small businesses are printed for you. Since 1 January 2026, B2B invoices between Belgian businesses must be e-invoices: see our guide to Belgian e-invoicing in 2026.
Bank statements that mark invoices as paid
Accounting uploads the bank statement file (CAMT.053, the format every SEPA bank exports). Tavalle reads each incoming payment and finds the open invoice it pays, by its number and amount. Payments that need a look, like a partial payment, are shown apart. After one confirmation, the invoices are marked paid with the bank’s date: payment reminders stop and commissions become ready to pay.
Time tracking that ends on an invoice
Each person logs time per customer, typed in or with the start/stop timer in the top bar, on a service with its hourly price. Managers and accounting turn the billable hours into an order, and the order is invoiced as usual. Team members in the field log their own time too.
Better on your phone
Your day, calls, visits and quotes now fit a phone screen. Quote lines show the product on one row and quantity, price and amount on the next, so you can change a quote on the road.
One more rule for quotes: when you change a quote the customer already has, it goes back to draft until you print or e-mail it again. That way, the version the customer accepts is always the last one you sent.
