Your alerts in one click, privacy built in
A bell in the top bar counts the alerts the next run will e-mail you, one click shows them. And customers who ask to be forgotten can now be anonymised in one step.

Two changes arrived in Tavalle this week. They are already in your Tavalle app: press Ctrl+F5 once to load them.
A bell for your own alerts
Alerts have left the menu and moved to a bell in the top bar. Its number is how many automatic e-mails the next run will send you: your morning agenda, late follow-ups, overdue invoices, renewals. Nothing pending, no number.
Click the bell to see them in a small panel, with the time of the next run. See all alerts opens the full Alerts page with what will be sent and what was already sent, for the customers and zone you may see.
- Each person counts only their own alerts, not their customers’ e-mails.
- The number refreshes by itself every few minutes, and each time you open the panel.
- Field teams and reception get the bell too, with their own alerts.
GDPR: anonymise a customer on request
When a person asks you to erase their data, the administrator opens the customer and clicks Anonymise (GDPR). Contacts, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and the personal details in the history are removed in one step.
If the customer already has numbered invoices or credit notes, the legal name, VAT number and address stay on them, because the law asks you to keep invoices for years. Everything else goes.
Behind the scenes, deleting a customer no longer leaves its name in the activity log, and the backups of a company that leaves Tavalle are deleted after 30 days. Together with two-step login, your customers’ data is in safe hands.
