Your e-mails in your words, and clear bank details on every invoice
Change the subject and main text of every e-mail Tavalle sends, in English, Spanish and French, with a preview. Invoices and credit notes now show the account holder, IBAN and BIC, and Tavalle checks them before an invoice goes out.

Every e-mail, in your words
In Config, open E-mail texts and pick an e-mail: the quote, the invoice, the payment reminder, the order confirmation or one of the team e-mails. Change its subject, greeting, main text and closing. Fields like the customer name, the quote number or the total are added with one click and filled in when the e-mail is sent. Two stars around a word make it bold.
Each e-mail has an English, a Spanish and a French version, saved separately, and each customer receives the one in their own language. Preview shows the e-mail with example values before you save, and one button brings back the original text.
The tables, amounts and layout stay as they are, so a change of wording can never break an e-mail. Only administrators change the texts. Read more about the business workflow software behind these e-mails.
Bank details your customers can’t miss
Unpaid euro invoices already carried a SEPA payment QR code. Now every invoice and credit note also writes out the account holder, the IBAN and the BIC, for customers who pay by hand or keep the PDF for their accountant.
Tavalle checks the IBAN and BIC when you enter them, so a typo can’t reach your customers. If your company has no IBAN yet, the “Finalize invoice” window warns you before the invoice gets its number. More on order management and invoicing software in Tavalle.
