Find anything, close more, sign in safely
Search everything with Ctrl+K, drag deals on a pipeline board with a forecast, get paid faster with a QR code on invoices, and protect sign-in with two-step login.

Four new tools arrived in Tavalle this week. They are already in your Tavalle app: press Ctrl+F5 once to load them.
Search everything with Ctrl+K
A search box now sits in the top bar. Press Ctrl+K (or /) anywhere and type a few letters: customers (by name, contact, e-mail, VAT number or phone), quotes, orders by number, invoices, credit notes and suppliers appear together. Arrows and Enter open the one you want.
Everyone finds only what they may see: a sales rep their own customers, a manager their zone. Nothing new is shown to anyone.
A pipeline board with a forecast
The opportunities page has a new Board view: one column per status (Lead, Prospect, Quote sent, Order created, Lost). Drag a customer to the next column to move them on. Dropping a sent quote on Order created opens Accepted, which creates the order from the quote.
A forecast card shows the open quotes by expected closing month and a weighted total: the amount times the chance of an order at that stage. Filter by sales rep to see each person’s forecast.
A payment QR code on every invoice
Unpaid invoices in euros now carry a SEPA payment QR code next to the bank details. Your customer scans it with their banking app and the beneficiary, IBAN, amount and invoice number are filled in. Fewer typing mistakes, faster payments. Paid invoices, drafts and credit notes have no QR code.
Two-step login
Signing in can now ask, after the password, a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on the phone: Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or any other. Someone who learns a password still can’t get in.
- Each user switches it on from their user menu: scan a QR code once, then type the code at sign-in.
- Ten backup codes cover a lost phone, and a trusted device can skip the code for 30 days.
- The administrator chooses who must use it: nobody, administrators and accounting, or everyone.
