One click opens the order with the invoice ready to create. Once finalized, it gets its number and date, and it can no longer change.
Follow every invoice until it is paid, issue credit notes when needed, and export everything to Excel.
Customers and orders of every zone are there to check, read-only, and every list exports to Excel. Sales reps see their invoices, but only accounting and managers change them.
And every morning, an e-mail lists what is still to invoice. Nothing delivered stays unbilled.
