One new customer, six people, one platform: from the first call to the final figure in Finance, in about three minutes.
Our role videos show what each person sees in Tavalle. This new video shows how they work together. One new customer, Bellavista Hotel, goes from a website enquiry to a paid invoice, a paid commission and the figures in Finance, without leaving the platform.
Six people, one deal
- Reception books a call for the sales rep and a site visit for the technician. Each lands in the right calendar.
- The technician records the survey; the office sees the notes at once.
- The sales rep calls, visits, sends the quote by e-mail and, when the customer says yes, clicks Accepted: the order is created.
- Accounting finalizes the invoice, which goes to the customer by e-mail, and marks it paid when the money arrives.
- The manager pays the sales rep’s commission in one click and sees the zone’s result.
- The admin sees the whole company in Finance, and the export for the accountant.
