New in Tavalle: the finance health of your company
One verdict for the whole business at the top of Finance (Healthy, Watch or At risk) with the figures and the warnings behind it.

Revenue, costs, salaries, commissions, VAT: the Finance page already had every figure. What it lacked was a short answer to the question owners really ask: is the company doing well? The new Finance health card answers it, right under the totals of the year.
One verdict, three levels
- Healthy: profitable, no warning signs.
- Watch: profitable, with points to watch. A margin under 10 %, a month closed in loss, more than 30 % of the invoiced amount still unpaid, or fewer than 70 % of the services renewed.
- At risk: costs are above revenue in the period.
The figures behind it
- Margin: the result as a share of revenue.
- Unpaid: customer invoices not paid yet, and their share of what you invoiced.
- VAT to pay or to recover: VAT collected minus VAT paid.
- Months in loss: for example 1 / 9, the months whose result was below zero.
- Renewal rate: the services your customers renewed, when you sell services.
Below them, each warning is written out, such as “1 of 9 months closed in loss” or “34 % of the invoiced amount is still unpaid (48.2K €)”, so you know where to look first.
Your company, not one customer
It is not the same as the customer health score, which rates each customer’s relationship and payments. Finance health looks at the whole company, or the zone a manager is responsible for, over the year you choose. Customer invoices and payments come from invoicing; supplier costs, salaries and commissions complete the picture.
Who sees it
Administrators see the whole company, area managers their zone and accounting the figures they work with. The card is also in the Finance PDF export. Book a free demo below to see it on figures like yours.
